    I consider myself an expert in mental health and the mind-body relationship, but this book gave me a ton of new understanding and practical ideas. I loved the short and precise study citations, the practical insight and tips, and the easy-to-understand science. It is readable for people with little knowledge in the field, and also helpful for those who’ve studied it for years. The author has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The case studies make the content easily relatable. Such a wonderful find!I will recommend The Happiness Frequency to all my clients and students – everybody should know what the author is explaining so skillfully. The book, despite talking about neuroscience and mental health, has a wonderfully hopeful and optimistic tone. It is never lecturing or patronizing, on the contrary, it made me want to know more, read more, and implement it. The author made it all sound accessible which is such a rare find. Thank you!! Love your book.

    Lots of health information in an easy to read format
    A book that from the beginning makes you want to know more, read more… a page turner filled with lots of “Aha” moments about how our mind, body and wellness are all interconnected and how easily it is in our power to change for the better.The information is packed with scientific background, but written in a very tangible and easy to understand way.I can only recommend it and already bought a second one to gift to a friend!
