Meet The Author
Natascha (Tash) Enriquez has facilitated and curated educational wellness and coaching experiences for over 17 years. After her first degree in Fitness Management, Tash continued to further her own education, achieving a postgraduate diploma in Sports and Exercise Science and Medicine. Tash has established the Sport & Wellness Science Lab at New York University and Abu Dhabi, where she conducted research in the areas of neuroscience, sport psychology and wellness.
She is an ICF-certified Life Coach (Results Certified Coaching and Organizational Relationships and Systems Coach) a certified Horse-Guided Empowerment Facilitator, an established consultant, speaker, and coach.
Tash’s coaching business, Created Coaching, focuses on education about physiological principles, mindset changes, and self-empowerment. She is passionate about enabling individuals to create their own path to an improved lifestyle and to find their unique Happiness Frequency.
