Are you interested in finding out about the “secret” power of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies?
Are you tired of racking up medical bills with expensive tests that still can’t tell you what’s wrong?
Do you want to regain full control of your health and well-being, without relying on the “doctor’s orders”?
If you’ve been thinking about turning to integrative and functional medicine to help rid you of your health problems, you’re not alone.
According to the CDC, 36% of the US adult population uses some form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) to help treat and prevent disease. And as more research provides scientific evidence of the effectiveness of CAM therapies, this number is likely to increase even more.
Because the truth is modern medicine isn’t always as reliable as people make it out to be.
Between prescription drugs that actually worsen health problems… and hospitals and other healthcare institutions that are focused on profits instead of patient care…
It’s no wonder why so many individuals are beginning to lose faith in modern medicine.
In fact, Gallup polls show that Americans’ confidence in the US healthcare system has plummeted from 80% in 1975… to just 37% in 2015.
The problem with seeking out alternative forms of medical treatment is that it’s difficult to find practices and practitioners that you feel you can trust.
For the longest while, society has framed integrative approaches to medicine like Reiki and acupuncture as nothing more than “pseudoscience” that aren’t based on scientific truths.
But that’s not the case anymore.
Because recent medical breakthroughs have revealed that there’s much more to ancient traditional medicine than made-up “folk remedies.”
And by reading about these breakthroughs in this guide, you’ll find out how these long-forgotten whole medical systems may in fact be the key to restoring balance to modern medicine.
In this book, you’ll discover:
And much more!
You don’t need to be a medical researcher to grasp the concepts of integrative medicine found in this book.
Even if your friends and family have constantly been bugging you about how “unscientific” these biofield therapies seem… you’ll find all the information you need to show them otherwise.
So you can confidently step into the world of complementary medicine and put your health back into your own hands.

10 reviews for Guide to Healing the Human Biofield through Integrative Medicine and Health: DISCOVERING THE SCIENCE BEHIND Energy Healing,
PrVa –
This book is an excellent explanation of all the different alternative modalities in healing in various parts of the world.Having known and used many of the modalities in this book, I was impressed with how the author acquaints the reader in specific but concise methods in alternative medicine. This is a great book for someone who wants to turn attention to integrative medicine of all kinds. I think it is a valuable resource.
Long-time AMZN Customer –
The author has done an outstanding job describing natural healing alternatives to taking traditional medications. The growing use of prescription medicines, stoked by pharma companies who pay physicians to write scripts, does not address root causes. Alternative treatments provide a path and the author provides some solid guidance.
Mr Rawlins –
Very well researched and presented, it’s an easy read and well worth the effort. This explains the growth of modern medicine in the West and it’s effects on your health. Very detailed and backed with useful statistal data
Chris –
Very well researched and presented. The author provides a level of detail not offered in similar works. This is an excellent book for those seeking to understand and navigate this important and complex subject.
Sean Dollwet –
The book is a guide for people interested in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies. The book discusses the essential elements of Tibetan Traditional Medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, biofield therapies, and homeostasis. The author argues modern medicine has limitations, and people are seeking CAM therapies to regain control of their health and well-being.Recent medical breakthroughs reveal the scientific basis of CAM therapies and how they can restore balance to modern medicine. The author provides examples of different biofield devices and how they are used to research the body’s “invisible” energy. The book is informative and provides an overview of various CAM therapies. However, readers should keep in mind that some CAM therapies may not have sufficient scientific evidence to support their effectiveness, and it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any CAM therapy. Overall, the book may be helpful for people interested in CAM therapies, but it’s essential to approach the information with a critical and informed perspective.

Gives a good base line of info to work off of in the field of integrative medicine. Very Nice resource.

The author has done a masterful job showing the reader how to be proactive about our wellness and health by stepping out (a little or a lot, depending on your perspective) of the traditional “western” model of medicine. I learned a great deal about the human biofield and its importance in our health. The basics of Tibetan Traditional Medicine is fascinating and helpful, as is the author’s dive into Ayurvedic medicine. I’m always looking for a leg up, taking care of my physical and mental health and I’m so glad I found this book for those reasons. I’ll be coming back to this one again and again.

A good basic introduction to integrative medicine. It was well researched and interesting, not full of medical terminology. If you want a good starting point in learning more about holistic health, this is as good as anything else.
Christine Alane Farmer –
I read amazing reviews on this book. Pretty much was everything I had already heard of or saw on a TikTok video.
Josette Mandela –
I love how this book takes a dispassionate view of the various options for health care. It includes sections on traditional western medicine as well as many alternative options that come from the east. There is a section on ayurvedic, African, Chinese medicine practices. This is followed by a section on integrative medicine. This guide offers an overview of these different practices and gives the reader options they may not have thought of to improve their own health situation. It also includes discussions on why one type of practice maybe better for one ailment than another. An intriguing book.
